But I am a guy with a pick-up! ;DBP.S. I will be the tooth fairy in the near future as my son gets older.
Quote from: tom mann on February 25, 2010, 10:24:05 AMWhat is going on here?how many products is Craig actively working on, in how many scales. compare that to what Atlas has in O, HO, and N for items currently in production. somethings must wait, the pockets are only so deep. run with existing tooling, modify existing tooling, or create new tooling - each option is progressively more expensive. look at how deep the Atlas product line is compared to Craig's - BLMA is able to offer high quality items in limited runs - he does not have 200 some products in each scale in production. when i was at MTH, i learned first hand the power the "pre-order" numbers can have on a production schedule.
