I was picking up one of your great gondolas last night and this happend:
Just fell apart while holding it. This is not a complaint. I loves these gons and will buy more as they become available. Just wanted to let you know in case there might be some production/manufacturng problems that hasn't shown up yet.

My thoughts exactly. Can's think of a better excuse to weather one.

Did you put a load in it that exceeded the capacity of the car? ;D

Bob,
That's the first "exploding" one I've heard of. Some of them have ends that pop loose during shipment, but they easily snap back into place. If you choose not to weather this one, send it to the PO Box and I'll send a replacement out.

Thanks. Nothing a little glue won't fix. These are so nice that I didn't want to weather one, but this one will get somekind of treatment. I did have one drop end hit the floor and I can't find it but photos of gons show this was somewhat common in real life.

Bob, PM me with your address and which Pennsy CK car you have (looks like 220102) and I will send you a drop end.
