That first one is from the 6464 collector's series and isn't a model of a prototype, rather an N scale model of a Lionel O gauge boxcar...
The third one is from the 10 car series of GN boxcars they did and has always carried a high price tag. Think the gray scheme might be even more expensive than the green DD box.
