Come on, Steve.  You got Brian to help get plywood to your home weeks ago, and you still haven't started?  Just throw down some dropcloths and cut that wood inside.  The drop cloths will catch most of the dust, and you can shake them out outside.  The hardest part is getting started.  So get cracking.

Suck it up. There was 15" of snow and now below 30 temps with winds, and I was still in my unheated garage working on the GPW with the door open.

Well then....sounds like she has given the go ahead to purchase a laser cutter. I hear that this is a promising technology! Honey, you said no sawdust....you didn't say anything about smoke....

Best wishes, Dave

Nope, I already learned that lesson in my first marriage.   ;D

The author of that article didn't do his homework. Laser is Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation.

Correct...  A laser is a focused beam of photos (yeah, I know, particle AND wave) versus electrons.

Oops. Looks like you both need editors.

(Would love to see what a focused beam of photos can do... maybe that's a hologram? <winkies>)

Ooops.  Photons.  They're the anti-particle for croutons.  And when they split, they make futons...
