Quick dumb question. Are Kato Japan models (locos, cars) 1:160 or 1:150/1:140?

I'm eying some of the electric sets for commuter service.

1/150 is smaller? i was (is) looking at the micro ace schnabel
but  now i'm not sure.. this one without useing the two end cars

1/150 is slightly larger .  I think the  Micro Ace / Atlas is 1/150 and very acceptable for N unless your are a stickler for exactness .
