Yes, Tom.  It sounds like a heck of a price, especially compared to similar products.  I hope they crank 'em out for a bunch of roadnames - rivet counting notwithstanding.

That's an unbelievable price point!!!  At $15, let the foobies roll on, as it's cheap enough to bash with old Rivarossi or Lima cars to make what you want. 

Now if the next car could be 75' single window commuter car, I'll be lining up the art for the WM passenger set for them.

I, being a Laconia native, didn't think that Laconia Car Co. built any steel cars. Can somebody prove otherwise? Proto pics would also be interesting. Anyone know of any?

The MTL text is backwards for the two heavyweights.  Laconia did build steel RPOs, but for the New Haven, not GN.

Regarding the wheels - I've seen them, they are very nice.  Better than both the current large-flange pizza cutters AND the LPWs.  Much tighter tolerance side-to-side between the rails, better flange profile, better rolling.
