Ya know, the one with one truck powered, that has traction tires, and all cast on detail?
I'd sure like to meet this David Schoedel, and that Rad McGuire sounds interesting too.  ::)

I believe they are talking about the Life-Like Proto 2K 38-2's...which would be a pretty good model.

I seriously doubt that when he gave a 7 out of 10 to an IHC SD40-2, and Model Power switcher.

If N scale had good SD40-2s, C30-7s, U30Cs, SD45s, SD40s, and SW10s; I'd be in N scale.

hey,Don't go hating on the LL38.I have one somewhere that just won't freaking die!All the rails are broken,The pickup truck is held to the chassis by gravity,couple steps are broke,scratched,but it always runs great and pulls good.Not quiet but I have had better quality engines louder.What else could you ask for out of an engine that came from Sears in the 80s.Old Chessie system Super Chip Foose high gloss paint!
