N Scale PRR Towers

Besides GC Laser Innovations and The N Scale Architect who else has made kits for Pennsy towers and other buildings?

Yes, I've been told that Tichy (formerly DimiTrains) tower is based on a prototype at Ott, PA:



By the way, the PRR passenger shelter on the left is from Pennsylvania Heritage Models.

That passenger shelter, what is it made out of, cause I know GC Laser Innovations makes a wood one.

I'm sorry, that's funny. ;D

"Ott", PA must be a reference to OTTS tower in Warren, PA, which is about half a mile away from my house.  This is where the Salamanca Branch (Rochester Division) broke off from the Philadelphia & Erie main line, on the south side of Warren.  The track is still active as the B&P, although the Salamanca branch is now the dead-end line to United Refining.  "OTTS" now consists of one hand-thrown turnout.  I don't ever remember seeing a building there back into the 1960's even as a little kid.

I think that was a pretty standard-plan tower.  It's certainly close to the Dimi-Trains one.  "IRV" tower at Irvineton is pretty similar.  Those were the only two local PRR towers.

Sorry, I meant "Otts."  But yes, it doesn't look quite as nice in the photo as it does in kit form.

Wood.

One caveat; it comes unpainted.  I sealed it with Dullcote before painting to prevent warpage.

Thanks for the link. The Bowie tower and station look interesting. So does that Vise tower, however, I couldn't find any info on it.
