New wheelsets on Atlas cars?

Is this the same car?  (I'm not an HO guy.)  The wheels don't look particularly special, but the shot on the Atlas site is tantalizing.  Maybe the decorated cars have new wheels.

We N scalers have Fox Valley.

They sure look like new wheels... MUCH improved over the earlier ones.

It's the same car; but the older wheels.  The photos on the atlas site imply a newer, "dished" wheelface.  Interestingly, all HO comes with metal wheelsets.

I wouldn't say ALL HO comes with metal wheelsets.  Some of the older stuff and some companies are still sticking to plastic.
