Yes, it's a PRR car, but that does not mean PRR had anything to do with the loading. No self-respecting PRR car inspector would have allowed that car to move ten feet! PRR had far more gondolas than any other North American railroad due to all the steel it hauled, so every road used them.
And the slogan was "Standard Rail
road of the World." I know you guys use Railway in Canada, while down here we use both, but it was the PRR and not the PRW. ;D ;D ;D
