Wow..  That Athearn token airbrush weathering is starting to look pretty good compared to this stuff.

Looks like it sat next to the monkey house at the zoo too long.

That's what I was thinking too...but the car exhibits more "smearing" than you would expect monkeys to create by simply "throwing".  Obviously, the tracks must be really close to the monkey house.

Looks like someone put some dabs of rust colored paint on the boxcar, and then smeared them with a brush ..

You need to add that technique to your weathering book .. weathering with monkey dung ..

Oddly enough these seem to be well-liked over on the A-board, with the only negative being the graffiti.  Maybe someone should plant a dung bomb over there to see what kind of rise it gets.  ;)
