Looks great so far Craig!

Have you considered the new McHenry coupler?   (Isn't that supposed to eliminate the MT pogo?)

Will this use truck-mount couplers?  I've found that body-mounts really help in long trains going up grades, esp. with DPUs.

Not sure if I should ask about the carbody height....  :)

Thanks Ed!

We're using the Atlas Accumate for various reasons, though we considered all possibilities.  The couplers will be truck mounted; however, there shouldn't be any difficulty with tracking.

Back when I was an active member of an Ntrack group, I regularly ran my 90 car Deluxe Innovations coal train with DPU and mid-train helpers.  While body mounts DO help, they're not necessary...

They lied.  Ordered 3 sets.  Two N&W and one PRR.  You would think these would have been easy for them to accomplish.

Someone's been there, done that. See: http://therailwire.net/smf/index.php/topic,12351.0.html

Looks like there is not enough of a market for these.

Lee English of Bowser told me at NTS that the Ore Jenny was the worst selling car in Stewart/Bowser history.

Shut-up Jerry!   ;D

Well, it didn't help that Bachmann produced the same car in HO at about the same time and sold it for less too.

That's it!  ;D Take the idea to Bachmann.

They've done some off the wall stuff, who knows? :P
