Colorbox inks for weathering

I attended a clinic on weathering at a train show this past weekend. The presenter was using a product called "liquid chalk" made by Colorbox. It is a line of stamping inks sold at Joann Fabric stores. They make white as well as an assortment of colors one of which is called Autumn hues. Made for ink pad stamps but can be used on non porous material like plastic. Anyone ever try this stuff?
