My two DC CR GP38-2's from the latest release are fine.

So I noticed on the newer run GP38 and 38-2 that I have (both with factory sound) that the cab end of the shell does not fully seat. This is Conrail 8205 and FURX 5525. I always thought they looked higher in the front but thought maybe it was an optical illusion.
Anyone else have this issue?

Until I read the post from @crrcoal , I knew of no reported issues with the new GP38s. I'll check mine.

My older, detailed and weathered SD-9 shells fit over the new chassis without trouble.

No issues with the new GP38 shell over the new chassis.

So on the FURX unit I gotta lift the rear of the shell to level it out. The Conrail shell is a bit tighter. Won't go press down any further in the front.

Maybe it's my Android phone camera, or maybe it's a chassis issue after, but there appears to be a slight in the cab end of the frame. Will check that out with a straight edge.
