Hmmm.  As much as it pains me, I'm with @peteski on the building.

LOL!  Things like that make difference in how realistic a layout looks.  I know that Thomas is in Germany (I grew up in Poland myself, but have been Americanized over last 45 years), so I just wanted to point out the odd choice for a standalone building in that setting.  But it's his layout, so he can do whatever he wants.

The trouble is that the last time I flew into Heathrow, many of the "villages" visible below were short rows of townhouses like this one, surrounded by farm fields.

The action in the Torchwood episode "Countrycide" (not for the squeamish) took place in just such a village.

Perhaps the other townhouses burned down?  Would raggedy foundations alongside that building help the imagery?

Thank you all for the discussion of that building, I mean it. 

You all have valid points. I'm also not 100% sure to use that building, only 89%. The thing is, it has the perfect roof which the buildings Lee suggested don't have except the villa. But the villa is too big.

I think it is time for more information which I thought I could reveal later....

This module is pure fantasy with a bit of thinking-outside-the-box and not another Star Wars module. 
In fact, think a bit of the end of the movie 'from dusk till dawn' placed in the woods and not the desert.

I will place a figurine on top of the roof and that's why a farm house or the likes don't fit very well. I won't show the figurine yet or maybe never (now I hear you thinking...).

This villa might fit, although I would need to change a few things.

Another thing about that building is how steep the roof pitch is. Usually that type of building would have less sloping roof (more like the DPM buildings of the same style have). But I'm not an architect - just goinf by personal experience. @wm3798 would like be a better source of information.

I think the old Victorian Mansion (I think it was a Faller or Pola kit) in a decrepit state would be perfect for that location, but I think it would be too large to fit that small space.
