I can take a picture tonight, I accidentally melted the tie that the PCB board should rest against. I also had some silver solder migrate in between the closure rail and the stock rail.
I am thinking for the melted tie that maybe I should just cut that tie out and glue in a replacement wooden tie in its place, then try to resolder the point rails to a new PCB rail.
As far as cleaning the solder off the stock rails, any recommendations?

@mike_lawyer has already fixed his turnout, here's a simple tip to keep solder from "migrating" where you don't want it to. Just cover areas you don't want solder to go by marking the copper with a #2 or HB pencil on your PCB tie. This is especially good for making sure that there isn't any solder, or even a fillet on the filed side of your closure point toes down at the throwbar. Additionally, the graphite acts as a lubricant for easy throwbar sliding on the underside of the stock rails.
Additionally, when I'm fixing ME turnouts, I replace the short ties (headblocks) on either side of the throwbar with long PCB ties if I've removed the over-center spring to use a Tortoise underneath since this is a weak point on all N-scale turnouts.
