Shipping all over has gotten insane. I live literally 6 blocks from my office, but if I order an item to be sent to my office, it takes a full day longer than the same item going to my house. With the withering of the USPS, I don't think this gets better any time soon.

I get mine electronically in Australia and no matter what browser I am using I keep getting told I am entering incorrect details. This even after following Pams advice to copy and paste my password. Type in email and type in password, no spaces anywhere, and the system keeps telling me I have entered the wrong details.

This month, 14 years ago, I decided to purchase N-Scale Magazine from the previous publisher that was retiring and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I can't believe it's already been 14 years. I was there before N-Scale Magazine was even a thought and I was there when we first began designing N-Scale Magazine back in 1989. I am so pleased to be the publisher and have had so much fun working with all of you, from the subscribers to the hobby shops to the advertisers and the authors. I hope you will continue to support us for another 14 years and beyond.  Thank you so much. I couldn't have done it without all of you.

Today, I received such an amazing letter from a subscriber in Jonesborough, TN and it totally made my day and I just had to share. I love to hear your feedback, good or bad, to let us know how we are doing. It makes what I do that much more enjoyable. I want to thank Mike for such a kind letter. He took the time out of his day to let us know he enjoyed the issue and that is so nice to hear.
I also agree that some of our hobby shops are being hit hard during these trying times. Please support your hobby shop, and please let them know that you love N-Scale Magazine. And if you see something you just need to have in the advertising pages of N-Scale Magazine, I hope you will let the advertiser know that you saw their ad in N-Scale Magazine. This is a great hobby and one that I am proud to be a part of.
