They could do that Wagner Mills scheme in N. I know IM has done a 4650 though.

I know they have the new motor vs. the old motor. Beyond that I'm not sure but the ones I bought in the late 2000s run smoother then the original Soo and BN ones I had...

I went,I saw, I almost pulled the trigger.Then I remembered I am trying to get rid of my excess locomotives not buy more. :D

Heh, I should really do the same and downsize the fleet.  But, in my defense, the two locomotives that I bought are solely for my SD50 rebuilding program, so I'm technically not enlarging the fleet.   ;)
