Yeah, it's a real mess out there, here in the Mid-Atlantic States.  On the way home from work about one-half hour ago, I saw an Amtrak train stopped in Elkton, Maryland.  I hope that doesn't mean that there's flooding problems on the NEC, because that will cause a major inconvenience for thousands of travelers/commuters.

one guy says he is screwed------
his car is at the bottom of the cut, totalled-----
and his insurance dosen't cover this
