I knew that NP had some cars delivered in Cascade Green when the merger was eminent, but I had never seen a picture of a flat car.
It has a build date of 10-69.

It must've been vacuum-packed somewhere and finally let out into the wild to confound railfans. The lettering is in amazing condition.

We got one in Spokane, WA also, looks very similar. Used in the same service too.
I know its a different car, just saw it in the yard this afternoon.
