Are the masts 5" diameter or larger?

Hi Mike,

The new releases will have a scale 5" (.047" dia. actual .007" wall thickness) mast.

I did NOT post a pic of the first Mast built-up (lit target only) because I had to use the OLD artwork since the new artwork has not been etched yet.

This re-design and cast Targets will also apply to the new D-Type Mast Signals and the new Snowshield/SafeTrans Mast Signals that are coming right behind the Searchlights. I plan on sending everyone into signal nirvana.

.047" * 160 = 7.5"

I think the BeNscale poles are about that, or slightly more.  The Showcase/Central Foundry signals are actually on 5" masts and they are tiny.  You can barely fit two filaments through the pole, I don't know what to do if I need 3 heads.  Probably jump up to the 7.5" poles like you're using, and use your brackets instead since they'll fit.  Drilling out the Showcase brackets doesn't leave much to attach to the pole...

True scale is hard to do here.

I would think that is true, maybe that is why everything ends up costing three-times the original estimate and then they have to make it a user-pay system to pay off all the private consultant studies and private operators who pretend to maintain the infrastructure
