Same, just one of the few KTTX versions done before the changeover to RTTX conversions.  You can either remove the center hitch on an RTTX and renumber, or wait for that version to be done by BLMA

None of those are TT2 type hitches.

The TT2 looks like an A frame with the hitch plate at the top.  Trying to find a picture seems to be impossible.

Not while in TTX service.

RTIX has a couple that have frames added to carry 20' containers for used ties
