New "Heritage" Locomotive for NS

Norfolk Southern has announced a new "Heritage" locomotive. An SD60E, #6920 has been painted in a special red, white, and blue, with a yellow ribbon, scheme with the words "Honoring Our Troops". the new locomotive, which will be placed in general freight service, will have it's official unveiling at the NS Shops in Altoona, Pa. on Thurs, Nov 8.

The painting video is interesting.  It's too bad the paint room is so narrow, it would have been nice to see the work done on the side of the engine compartment.

I especially like the moving scaffolding platforms.
