Reefers too. Way too many packing company schemes on PFE cars rather than NACC design.

Wouldn't surprise me. I'm just far more familiar with the cylindrical designs.

They also had lots of foobie schemes on their Pullman-Standard 4750 covered hopper. This paint scheme only ever appeared on Thrall-built cars (like the Atlas trainman model):

TCAX was Thrall's leasing marks.

They also offered their 40' boxcar (with 6' doors) in a CP scheme with the Newsprint service shield - only 8' door cars ever got this.

I'm sure there's plenty of other examples; those are the ones I'm familiar with.

Has anyone else noticed that the C420 does not have a pre-order date? I know that these are a re-announcement, but wouldn't they want to sell more? I would pre-order a Vermont Northern if I could..... :?

Good point about no pre order date listed by Atlas. I am sure they got a ton of orders from the first announcement, hopefully they are still good. At least 3 online retailers have them listed again and available to pre order, one with a due date of Sep 29.
