I'd love to reproduce the graphics for my model, but I doubt they'd be legible at that size

Here's a little porta-john trivia:

Fiberglass
Throughout the previous decades, portable toilets were made from a combination of wood and metal. This made them heavy for transport, and they retained odors. In the 1970s, fiberglass was introduced as the material of choice.

Plastic
In the late 1970s and early 1980s, most manufacturers moved towards plastic porta potties. This made them far lighter and easily constructed. It also provided the advantage of being easily cleaned.

BNSF proto-potty:

I am SO making one of those.  To bad a Hi-Rail truck would be such a pain to motorize (I know there area couple that have done it but I am not).

That would definately get attention on an N-track layout all by itself running around the track with all the "lets see how many cars we can run" around it.

Yeah.  The beacon comes on when it's in use...and stays on when the toilet paper runs out.

Back at Tyler's Sanitation, I'd be cleaning trash karts when the porta-john guy showed up to clean out the shop's porta-john...when you can notice the smell of it when all you've been doing for a couple hours is cleaning trash out of the karts...well, that's how nasty they can get. And this is at a maintenance shop /company base for a sanitation company; i don't envy those guys who do them at things like fairs. And now [/threadjacking]
