The P&LE version was the only X65 (975-B) to be built with a roofwalk and high brakewheel. But the railroad removed the roofwalks and lowered the brakewheels fairly quickly, so no reason to consider that variation. The cars NYC built for itself (976-B) had no roofwalk and low brakewheels from the beginning. And of course, the PC-built cars followed suit.
