I spent many hours Saturday cleaning track and locomotive wheels on the layout.  After sitting for six months, things moved a bit sluggishly to say the least.  It didn't help that there were spider webs in the hidden staging yard area.  I took all the locos out on the mainline for a spin and got everything running smoothly.

Mmm, oysters. I didn't get anything done because Saturday morning I went sailing and Saturday afternoon I was hauling the boat out of the water and putting it in its winter home.

Yesterday I had a birthday party and watched Jake Delhomme make the Panthers lose.

hmmm,is it just me or does that new loco look way to fake and cartoonish? That LONG pilot, the boiler that looks like they just took 2 regular locos and stuck them together plus the wheels just don't look right to me.Was this based on a real prototype or freelance?

For my weekend I manage to screw up a tune up(New plugs, wires, and coil for my ranger.Cross 4 and 6 wire.)
Also, tore my M19 apart some more and took some parts to work with me to sand blast.

I built a shelf layout, minus the layout.
