@John fair, but nothing in the proto photo to show, storage?

@OldEastRR no tires, bit I’ll likely add some anyway.

I do see I ma missing some guy wires for the stack and rear mast.

John -- there generally are several ropes / lines on the bow and stern that are used to make up to the tow -- this is pretty typical -- the lines would be laid out relatively neat .. also the use of tires as fenders isn't universal - the boat you are modeling has a bow fender mate up of ropes .. https://www.frayedknotarts.com/grudinskas.html  and the other fenders also appear to be made from ropes ..
