New from Bowser: N Scale 100 Ton Hoppers

Yes, they could do some variations on the latter too, and maybe even some very late PRR (I haven't looked into it), but compare that to what they've done on the other two cars and you can see their point.

They need the variety to make them commercially viable. It sucks, but I get it.

Nah, they haven't done their homework. So many variations in Pennsy paint from focal orange to the yellow cupola. N8s had as many schemes on Pennsy as the N5Cs did, except for the plain World War II-era scheme. They has the same "region" and "division" assignments too.

This argument doesn't make any sense. They did that homework when they were doing the HO version. To wit:

Still watching for them though, if they ever announce N&W proper versions, I will need a 2nd job.

Let's just hope the packaging doesn't break the end details of the hoppers like the last run of H21's.

Those ballast cars can get it.

The CN 100-ton cars are pretty similar to the Bowser model but were oxide red, not black. CN inherited LEFC cars too but CN didn't repaint them, they remained black and retain their LEFC logo with CNA reporting marks.
But I do dig the way they allowed for wire grabs, instead of casting on steps.
