I’m very sorry to learn of his passing… Although I occasionally butted heads with him over his very eccentric posting style, I was always rooting for him. I really did want to see him find the courage to start another layout. I won’t lie; I saw his contributions to TRW as enigmatic toward the end. But many of us do sometimes hit rough patches and it shows online. It happened to me a few years ago too.
From what I understood, he struggled to recover his zeal for the hobby after losing it all in Hurricane Katrina.
I hope he’s found some peace at last. That image of Dee with the thought bubble is iconic.
