That is a great collection!  You even have the now-highly-coveted Hotweezers stripper!  And Amercian Beauty Resistance Soldering unit. Sweet!  The Weller adjustable temperature iron is pretty good, but if you do a lot of wired-in decoder installs, or solder small SMD components, I also recommend the PACE soldering station we discussed earlier in another thread.  :)  https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=49025
