Boeing has developed a new "shape shifting" landing gear for its 737-10. The attached video shows a half-scale 3-D printed plastic demonstration model that's fully functional.

I fly 800's and Max 8's, and it is a great airplane, but I wish stupid Southwest would get out of the way so they can modernize the cockpit. There are still a hundred incandescent light bulbs in there! Embarrassing when the bus is all LED. Lead, follow or get out of the way stupid Southwest!
