As far as the products in the BLMA line, we do intend to keep them going, including the detail parts, and this has been stated numerous times.  There is an arrangement in place with Craig to keep him on as a consultant for the next few  years, to both help with his existing product line as well as with things that he had lined up for the future.

@Atlas Paul,
I've read this and take you at your word - mostly based on your track record around here.  But I've also seen an enormous amount of skepticism of this on the interwebs.  Granted, those same people are probably keeping the tin foil hat makers in steady business.  None the less there's going to be blow back until product hits the shelves.

At this point in my life I've been through eight employer names including one hostile takeover, four voluntary company sales to other firms, and two cold startups from scratch.   Three of the ownership changes were in an 18-month period.     Professionally or with a chosen avocation, nearly all of us have been through well-intentioned actions resulting in complete turmoil.

Both Atlas and BLMA have a loyal and well-deserved and loyal following.  We really, really, are hoping for the best - and not an outcome like Testors acquiring Floquil, or General Mills acquiring Lionel.   If anybody understands the China manufacturing issues, it's Atlas.   I'm just not sure that Paul's ready to put centerfolds in N scale advertising yet - which was about as revolutionary as anything Craig did.

I know everyone's skeptical because of Atlas' overseas manufacturer issues, especially The Great Atlas Track Drought of the 2010s, but also keep in min that BLMA had its own system of factories which were pretty much immune to the problems that Atlas and other companies faced. So now that Atlas has a track (no pun intended) to these former BLMA contractors, not to mention more capital than BLMA had, there shouldn't be much problems at least with BLMA stock being released under the guise of Atlas.
