Caught this in the siding at Dal-Tile in Gettysburg.  I believe car is in captive service, or a lot of KWT cars are anyway as they are in the siding often, along with 4 bay covered hoppers from Procor, or more recently 2 bay centerflows from WWUX in 1500 series.
