Heavy Consolidation

Has anyone mounted the N scale boiler shell from a Rivarossi/Atlas/Con-Cor 0-8-0 on a Spectrum 2-8-0 mechanism so as to create a heavy Consolidation?

I think I have seen it done before. That Atlas/RR 0-8-0 is a fairly road specific IHB 3 cylinder if I remember. Wouldn't really pass for anything else. There are some shapeways projects out there for other boilers for the Bachmann 2-8-0.

Personally, I've been tempted to try the Reading I10 boiler on it.

I have taken the old Bachpersonn Standard line Reading Company 2-8-0 shell and done a test fit onto the SPECTRUM chassis.  It will go and lines up pretty close.  It will take a bit of work to get it to stay put as well as a minimum amount of work to get the alignment just right.
