As-is, Bob's does exactly the same thing. Frankly, if the one you posted a picture of is Lonestar's model, Bob's looks identical to it in every single way -- right down to what the "suspension" looks like the rear axles go through.
Of course he could change it. I think something with different lengths of the over-cab portion would be welcome, but difficult to establish a 'standard'. Some way to have positionable front supports would be handy as well, but difficult, and, along with the longer over-cab segment, allow the unit to accomodate a lot of different tractors, as just as in reality that front support's at all sorts of different angles depending on the truck it's on. I got mine to fit exactly on GHQ's Peterbilt so had no need, but if I were ever to use the nice Showcase Kenworth I figured I'd have to cut the existing front supports off and either trim them at an angle and solder them back or simply use some really thing styrene.
