Where are the doors??? 

The only way the doors can be removed from the model is if you cut them out.  I'm not prepared to be the pioneer on functioning N scale plug doors.

Quick question:
The first run will be orginal paint, high ladders and some or all rooftops.
Will there be low/cut ladders in future runs?

The first release (not the first run) will be the "as-built" configuration.  The second release which will follow approximately two months after the first release, will feature a different body.  Then the releases will contain mixed bodies after that.  Even though it begins two years out, the schemes of the first eight releases are set and the schedule is tentatively in place.  The first release will have seven cars (5 PRR, 2 LV), each subsequent release will have eight cars.  Should be enough to keep everyone happy through 2014.

Body 1 - high ladders, high brakewheel, roofwalk
Body 2 - low ladders at A end, high ladders at B end, high brakewheel, no roofwalk
Body 3 - low ladders, low brakewheel, no roofwalk.
