Indeed, and far more so then the so called "Railroad Maintenance Complex"  which looks overpriced at 17 smackers.

I've played with the older Arnold version. They run remarkably well. It would pull 6 cars around the test loop.

I used two of those kits plus some Pikestuff roll-up doors for a modern fire station.  Used the second kit for a second floor and added a fire escape.  It's primered and still needs some sanding before I paint it completely but it's about to fall off the back of the stove, finishing it has been pushed WAY back.
