I managed to put in a few hours of work in the basement this weekend, then spare time to write up an update dried up until yesterday.

I did not get too much done on the layout other than building the shell for NOK and building some roads. Most of this week was spent going over the logistics of testing how the layout will run. Also 2 new C40-8Ws showed up thanks to Brian(Flight2000)
