Noticed they have some 70's+ in white...are those legit? 

I'm not buying much of anything in N anymore, but I might pick those up.   I didn't even get my full complement of the first run as that is when it started to occur to me that the shop I was preordering from was not bothering to order anything on my list.

I also noticed that the Athearn Berwick Bathtubs are here?   Is that recent or did I miss on those too?

It appears so.  This 2008 photo caption says the car was built in 1979.

I ordered some of those gons from my local dealer and have yet to receive them. I have yet to see them on any of the online shops I usually check, even though they were supposedly delivered a month or two ago. My UFIX coal train is still too short!
I'm glad Athearn didn't just throw us another token boxcar announcement.

Oddly enough, I don't currently have any in my collection.  And I couldn't find one picture on the archives !  I'm combing my videos knowing I have at least 1 in one of them

It's been more than a while since Athearn announced something in N scale I care about.

Not suggesting they should do anything different as I alone am not a market, but yeah...I'll be very pleasantly surprised if they do anything transition-era and earlier any time soon.

I don't think you've missed much transition era N scale while you've been away.  The market seems to have moved on?  The only major additions I've had has been on the passenger front.  Modern era N scale is much more prevalent and has been showing tooling improvements.

Seems that way. Buford's hoppers are a notable exception, as are much of what BLI is doing. But yeah, it looks like modern is the new black. If that's where the money is, I can't fault them for following it.

EDIT: I should say Atlas at least still seems committed to the transition era.
