Needed: Circuitron BD-1 instructions

A friend has a Circuitron BD-1 block occupancy detector, but no instructions for it. Circuitron's web site is down (404 errors galore). Does anyone have a set of instructions they can scan and email to me?

Circuitron's website is running just fine for me. Downloaded the BD-1 file without issue. Would send it, but don't know your email addy, PM me Attached if that helps instead of email
