Some may go away with primer.
.. it kind of looks like saw marks - nice detail
I get the same vertical lines with 13. 40, 45 and 55 degrees. 55 degrees gives the smoothest finish for horizontal layer lines.But is there something wrong with the printer?
A thin coat of primer PS Gull Gray does seem to eliminate the vertical lines. The wood grain looks pretty good on both the 55 degree print and flat print. I have many support issues with the individual boards on the flat print but the inside floor grain not shown here looks much better.
