Check to make sure he sends you what your ordered. I got a shell from them and not only was the print quality sub-par, they sent me the incorrect shell four times! I finally replaced the long hood with an Atlas shell to make up for the lousy print quality and hacked two of the incorrect short hoods together to build what I originally ordered. If you have any other options, use them before ordering from CMR.

Final update for this saga, I finally did get my shell. Overall it looks pretty good, there is some artifacting here and there, but nothing that can't be cleaned up with a little bit of primer, sanding, and body filler. Overall I'm pretty happy, I am going to leave positive feedback cuz it is a quality print, but I am going to put in in my feedback to expect a minimum of 8 to 10 days delay, to hopefully prevent other people from ending up in the same information hole that I was

I’m revitalizing this thread to keep the discussion history. Has anyone has ordered CMR wheels lately to so if things have improved over the old complaints (warping, print lines, lack of detail.)

I’m interested in a coupe N scale shells and I would prefer to not have those issues. As week I am wondering how clean the detail is on cabinet doors, louvers, fans, etc.

I see CMR has undergone some corporate change on the shells are now noted as PLW shells, so I’m wondering if attention to the products has improved I also see a few new shells, which may be a good sign.
