ESU soundfile for B&O EM-1 simplex articulated

Any suggestions on the best ESU V5 soundfile for the B&O EM-1 2-8-8-4 Yellowstone type that was simplex articulated?

I used the Big Boy file and chose a different whistle for my EM-1.  Can't remember which one now; I tried to get close to what I heard on some old videos of those engines, although I'm not entirely sure those videos actually had the real sound (as opposed to being overdubbed later).

Perhaps I have heard that same recording. From what I have read, the EM-1 used a Nathan Single Hoot whistle. I have also seen an image of that whistle.

Consequently, I think I need to move one of the ESU hooter sound files into the project. I have read that the N&W hooter was the closest.

Is that what you used?

No, I didn't.  Not sure which one I picked, but the N&W wasn't one of the choices available, and I didn't want to mess with altering the file.

Hi John;
It is my understanding that the EM-1s used the Nathan single hooter whistle until 1953 when B&O started updating. I am modeling 1950, so I will have to import the single hooter in from another sound file.
