D&H's NACC 50' RBLs

HI!
   The D&H leased a series of NACC RBL Boxcars( Road Numbers 28001-28049). If you look closely at the car in the D&H Color Guide, there is a stencil that reads, "When Empty Return to EL, Buffalo, NY." Does anyone know what service they were used in?

What EL shipper in Buffalo would require these cars specifically? Could at least narrow it down a little.

Looks like there is a 28001 to 28005 series and a 28006-28049 series?  Is that correct?

Fallen Flags has a picture of D&H 28042 with the stencil painted out, so depending on your era the stencil may not be relevant?

Yes, that is correct. The 28001 to 2805 are smooth side cars, and 28006 to 28049 are ribbed sides.
