Does anyone know of a good place that one could send their locomotives in to get them upgraded for sound and lighting?

Tom Poeschel of Motown Models does top notch work.
I've seen several installs that he has done and the wiring is a work of art.

I just received this email a few moments ago:
Dear Yankee Dabbler Customer:
Announcing our new streamlined decoder installation service!
Do you have a locomotive that needs to be upgraded to run on DCC? That nostalgic locomotive from when you were a kid that was passed down to you? Or a decoder that just won’t work any longer?
We are pleased to inform you that any decoders installation project can be sent directly to our repair team going forward. We currently charge $45.00 per hour plus the cost of the decoder and materials.
Whether it's engines, decoders, or anything in-between, including O, S, HO, On30, and most N gauge, simply insure the shipment, pack it carefully, and send to:
Paul's Custom Trains
Attn: Paul Mahoney
6913 Greenvale Court
Frederick, Maryland 21702
You can also contact Paul directly via phone or text at (240) 285-9839. If you need a train repaired, please discuss this with Paul before mailing it to him.
Once received, he will reach back out you to discuss the work you want completed in greater detail. You’ll also get a rough estimate of the cost prior to work being started, and you will have the convenience of payment through Yankee Dabbler.
Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and email with your shipment!
And if you happen to visit any of the three Great Scale Model Train Shows in Timonium, Maryland, you also have the option of dropping your repair off directly to Yankee Dabbler or Paul.
We are glad to provide this new, expedited service for your treasured locomotives and accessories.
Regards,
Michael Small, Owner
Yankee Dabbler
101 West Kings Hwy. Bellmawr, NJ 08031 | 856-312-8084

And there’s always Kelley Duford.
