I was lucky enough to be checking my emails this morning when I saw the email about these.  Went to the site and ordered 2.  The prices for these little gems are getting totally out of hand!  Yes, they are gorgeous models, but they are now approaching prices of N scale locos.

But I also noticed that the recent run of dump trucks is mostly still available, and the Tri-State commodity trucks were still available (in single digits).  Now one is also sold out.  There had "copy" in the description. Does that mean Pat produced another run of them?  Going by Trainworx's N scale truck sales record I thought those would have been all long gone.

Also coming in is the long overdue Sandy Smith Peterbilt 379, part of the Custom Trucks by modelers series announced back in Nov 2016.

The email from Pat announcing the trucks also included a “plug” for the recently released 40-ft corrugated trailers.

While all of the railroad paint schemes in this release were too old for my early 21st Century modeling era, I did purchase a couple of the decorated, but unlettered, trailers because I still see trailers like those in service for businesses that do not need a newer and/or longer trailer.  Shown below is the Sandy Smith Peterbilt with the unlettered trailer.

Buy the Coke trucks now for $72, sell them on eBay next year for $150. And I'm certain you'll get that price.

As awesome as these are I just can't do it at those prices. That said, I do have all the movie trucks from back when they went for I think around $40, which has increased my net worth a bit!
