Gonna have to get that ex MT&W as I saw a similar one recently.  The ex-AOK TBOX and the weathered BN ex Railbox are also tempting.  Thankfully for the wallet, the Santa Fe so-called Bx-188 isn't one.

The interior weathering on that HO boxcar is cool.  Great idea.

Pickings are thin for those of us modeling the 1950s.  The NP stand-in boxcar is a maybe, and just maybe the Talent RR station.  Which looks enough like 1000 small town stations to be believable in a lot of places.

I have a mind like a steel trap...a VERY rusty, old steel trap.

I may go for one of those stations. The price is very reasonable.

Penn Central H43D’s.  A great candidate for a runner pack due to the fact that there were over 4000 of these built by BSC for PC. Many of these lasted into the 90’s in full PC paint.  They only got repainted when they were in for a major repair, which was not often.  Many lasted until the split in PC paint.  My 7/84 ORER shows 2961 of 4000+ cars still in PC paint.  All they need is an ACI tag and the BSC builders logo.  Thanks MTL.

The weathered NP wood boxcar may be worth a look mid-month.  I might pick that up.

I like those boxcars. The covered hoppers look great too. Good to see more and more stuff for the modern era.

I believe that flatcar was for hauling wide plates of steel.  Flatcar looks like an F30D.  Conrail’s primary wide plate cars were G36H’s.  Thanks.

Yeah. It's a weird one.

But now the question is... Would it have shown up on the NC?

Now I need to figure out how big of a plate Sparrows Point could ship.

I would wager that car was used to haul wide plate from Lukens in Coatsville.  Based on that assumption, it could  have gone anywhere on the system to reach its final destination, including the NC.
