Oddball Kato Locomotive part

Somehow, we managed to lose this piece that surrounds the headlight on this locomotive.  No dice on the KatoUSA page. 

Doesn't really look bad until you turn on the headlight!

Any thoughts or ideas?  A simple piece made out of styrene wasn't too easy, at least by hand, as the light "bulbs" are round in shape so the back of the piece as to fit around them and only allow about a .5mm to show through.

i just bought a stack from kato last order. I started canopy gluing them in on all my units ahead of time to prevent further loss

Canopy glue is great stuff.  I'm using it more and more to glue on small details.

How does canopy glue differ from Krystal Klear?  I've used the later for years to glue in Kato F unit number boards (from the inside of the shell).  Thanks.

Canopy glue also dries  clear, but it seems to produce a stronger bond than Krystal Klear.
