Was the platform diamond plate or grated ???

Did the Scott Seekins rolling stock collection every make it out to the wild?  Anyone from the PNW seen it floating around?

I've never seen any of it. 
I think he dove all the way into painting and other visual arts, post Model Railroading. 
I've heard he was a pretty eccentric dude, but he filled a lot of pages in the early days of N Scale Magazine and liked the NP, based on his
Minneapolis/St Paul background.

Paggs the soild deck was the way to go. Wish I'd thought of it before I started.  Did you have drawings/plans or did you work from photos?

Hey S.R. Mike> I built the plans of the Las Plumas from key prototype dimension information and reference pictures. Let me know if you're looking for some plans, I might be able to convert the CAD drawing to a PDF.
